Cell viability was assessed as described30. Briefly, CCA cells (1000–2000) were plated in a 96 well plate and treated next day with either dinaciclib or palbociclib. Cell viability was assessed by using the Cell Counting Kit-8 (Dojindo Molecular Technologies, Rockville, MD) after 24 h of drug treatment following manufacturer’s instructions. 20µL of Cell Counting Kit-8 was added to each well and the plate was incubated at 37 °C for 2 h. Absorbance was read at 450 nm.
