For calculating tumor doubling time (TDT), the equation of Schwartz25 was used:
Where t is the total number of treatment days, D0 is the diameter at the start of treatment, Dt is the diameter after time t, and the diameter is expressed as 1/2 × (length + width).
For calculating tumor growth inhibition value (TGI), the formula (2) was used:
Where t is the total number of treatment days, Wt is the tumor weight of the treatment group after time t, Wt0 is the tumor weight of the control group after time t, and n is the number of mice in the control group.
All data statistics were performed using GraphPad Prism v8.0.
