Clonogenic cells of MCF-7 and SK-BR-3 were incubated in 6-well plates (1 × 103 cells/well), following 14 days of incubation. Cells were stained with 0.5% crystal violet in 4% paraformaldehyde, and colonies were counted in all groups as a reference to the cell proliferation capability.
