Phospho-kinase antibody arrays and phospho-RTK array kit

Cells (1 × 106) seeded in a 10-cm dish were treated with the indicated reagents for 48 h. Cells were lysed, and phosphorylation changes were detected by a Phospho-RTK Array Kit (#ARY001B, R&D Systems) and phospho-kinase antibody array (ARY003B, R&D Systems) following the manufacturer’s instructions.
