Data acquisition and analysis

Raw signals were captured, amplified, and transferred to PowerLab data acquisition and analysis system. Then LabChart software was used to analyze the data acquired. The results were expressed as Mean±SD. Comparison of the data acquired before and after the electrical stimulation of the NAc was made using one-way analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA). The data of AN model group and the control group were compared using independent-sample t-test, and the body weight changes of the rats in the two groups at days 14 and 21 were compared using paired t-test. A P value less than 0.05 was considered to indicate a statistically significant difference.
