We analyzed the chemical composition of HE-CE using HPLC (Thermo Scientific Vanquish Horizon UHPLC System), while E-A and E-S were separated using a COSMOSIL 5C18-AR-II column (250 × 4.6 mm; particle size 5 μm, Nacalai USA, Inc.) [22–25].
