Fifty-five pairs of breast cancer tissues and adjacent tissues in this study were obtained from patients undegoing surgery treatment in Linyi Cancer Hospital (Linyi, China) from 2016 to 2017. All specimens were subjected to strict medical diagnosis and immediately placed in liquid nitrogen after surgery. The present study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Linyi Cancer Hospital. Informed consent was obtained from the patients.
