Cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) assay

CCK-8 assay was performed using a Cell Proliferation and Cytotoxicity Assay Kit (SAB, CP002). Briefly, DU145 and 22RV1 cells (1×103 cells per well) were seeded in the 96-well plates. After treatment, cells were incubated with 10 μL of CCK-8 solution. Cell proliferation was evaluated using the absorbance at 450 nm.
