Several features, viz. residue composition, molecular weight, theoretical PI, instability index, extinction coefficient, atomic composition, aliphatic index, and grand average of hydropathicity (GRAVY) score are essential to define the physicochemical properties and to estimate the structural features of a protein sequence. The parameters are estimated through the Expasy-Protparam tool (https://web.expasy.org/protparam/) [25].
