About 1 × 104 TNBC cells were seeded per well of 24-well plates and incubated for 24 h. Following treatment with different ratios of CIK cells/tumor cells (C/T) for 24–36 h, cells were washed then incubated within 3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) for 1–2 h. Finally, MTT was removed and the formazan crystals dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), then measured at 560 nm.
