All data were expressed as the mean ± standard deviation (S.D.) and were statistically analyzed using GraphPad Prism 5.0 software (USA). One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used for the proteomic analysis; the Wilcoxon test was used for the claw-spread reflex analysis and the anastomosis site tissue adhesion evaluation, and the other data were statistically analyzed using t tests. p < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Asterisks indicate a statistically significant difference between 2 groups.
