Cells were transfected with plasmids using Polyjet transfection reagent (Signagen Laboratories) according to the manufacturer's protocol. Cells were transfected with pQCXIH or pBABE empty vector, pQCXIH-wtYAP (wild type), pQCXIH-S94A-YAP, pQCXIH-5SA-YAP, or pBABE-4SA-TAZ. Experiments were done at least 24–48 h after transfection.
