Plasmids containing STING, TBK1, and SOCS1 sgRNAs for the CRISPR/Cas9 system were constructed as described previously [52]. The sequences are as follows:
GFP sgRNA (control), 5′-GGGCGAGGAGCTGTTCACCG-3′
STING sgRNA 1, 5′-GGTGCCTGATAACCTGAGTA-3′
STING sgRNA 2, 5′-GCGGGCCGACCGCATTTGGG-3′
TBK1 sgRNA 1, 5′-TTTGAACATCCACTGGACGA-3′
TBK1 sgRNA 2, 5′-CATAAGCTTCCTTCGTCCAG-3′
SOCS1 sgRNA 1, 5′-TGCCGGTAATCGGCGTGCGAA-3′
