Laminin incorporation within PEG-4MAL hydrogels was quantified by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The hydrogels were prepared as previously described and incubated at 37 °C in 125 μL of PBS (pH 7.4). At day 1 and 7, the supernatant was collected, stored at −80 °C and then analyzed using a mouse laminin ELISA kit (Abcam, ab119572) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Absorbance values were measured at 450 nm using a microwell plate reader (BioTek® Synergy™ Mx).
