MCF-7 cells (at a density 2.5 × 104 cells) were treated with IC50 value of chalcones for 24 h. The RNA extraction, cDNA conversion, and PCR array was performed as described by Bortolotto et al. [10]. The RT² Profiler™ PCR Array (Qiagen Hilden, Germany) was used to screen 84 genes related to Human Cancer Drug Targets.
