Western Blot Analysis for Histone H3 Methylation

Cell lysates were prepared in the RIPA lysis buffer (10 mM Tris-Cl (pH 8.0), 1 mM EDTA, 1% Triton X-100, 0.1% sodium deoxycholate, 0.1% SDS, 140 mM NaCl, and 1 mM PMSF). The images of the Western blots were scanned by LI-COR’s Odyssey® (LI-COR) and the signal intensities were quantified using Image Studio™ software (LI-COR) (Fig. S10). More details are provided in the Supplementary Information.
