Shh-Light II cells were seeded in 96-well plants at a density of 4000 cells/200 μL. After 48 h of various compounds treatment as indicated, the luciferase activity was examined with Dual-Luciferase Assay Reporter System (Promega, Madison, WI, United States) following the manufacturer’s instructions. The firefly luciferase values were normalized to Renilla values. GraphPad Prism software was used to generate dose–response curves and IC50 values with five parameters logarithmic non-linear regression fitting.
