Expression of IGF-1R and p-AKT1 by western blot

A549/GR cells in the logarithmic growth stage were divided into 3 groups and inoculated at 2×10⁵/well into 6-well cell culture plates. After 24-h culture, the transfection of miR-497-mimic and miR-497-NC was performed with RiboFECT^TMCP transfection reagent. Then, the A549/GR-miR497-mimic, A549/GR-miR497-NC, and A549/GR groups were placed into a cell incubator and cultured for 48 h. The expression of IGF-1R and p-AKT1 in each experimental group was detected by western blot assay after total protein extraction with RIPA buffer.
