RAW264.7 cells were treated with Y-27632 (2.5, 5, 10 µM) for 24 h. Viability was measured with the Cell Signaling kit-8 (Sigma) according to the manufacturer’s instructions and absorbance was read using a BioTek PowerWave XS microplate reader (Winooski, VT, USA).
