SPM8 (http://www.fil.ion.ucl.ac.uk/spm) standard routines and templates were used for the analysis of fMRI data. The functional images were realigned, normalized (resulting voxel size 2x2x2 mm3), smoothed (8 mm isotropic Gaussian filter) and high-pass filtered (cut off period 128 s). Statistical analysis was performed in a two-level, mixed-effects procedure.
