Cells were plated into 96-well plates and treated with designated drugs for the appropriate time. After treatment, CCK-8 (MedChemExpress, USA) were added. Absorbance at 450 nm was read by a VERSA microplate reader (Molecular Devices, Sunnyvale, CA, USA). IC50 values in each cell line were calculated using Compusyn software (ComboSyn Inc., Paramus, NJ, USA).
