As described above, MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells were transfected with control or MUC1 siRNA overnight, followed by treatment with 1 μM DOX for 48 h. After 48 h, cells were trypsinized, collected and counted using trypan blue. Live cells are presented as number of cells/ml.
