SiRNA silence

Cells were seeded in 6-well plates (1 × 10⁶ cells/well) for overnight. The silence of Snail was performed as our previous report³⁰ using Lipofectamine3000 following manufacturer's instructions. The siRNA sequences for Snail were 5′-CAGAUGUCAAGAAGUACCATT-3′ and 5′-UGGUACUUCUUGACAUCUGTT-3′. The sequences for negative control were: 5′-UUCUCCGAACGUGUCACGUTT-3′ and 5′-ACGUGACACGUUCGGAGAATT-3′.
