Control and indicated LNCaP or RWPE1 cells were seeded at a density of 0.5 x 105 cells per 24-well cell culture plate in complete medium. After 48 hours, a scratch was made with a 10 μL pipette tip in a confluent area of the cell culture dish. Photographs of a selected area of each scratch were taken 48 hours after scratching.
