Alternate BCL-xL/BH3 disruptor experiments

CIAR-293 cells were plated in 24-well plates in high glucose DMEM (10% FBS, 4 mM L-glutamine, 1 μg/mL doxycycline). The following day, cells were switched to serum-free media and serum starved overnight. Cells were then treated with DMSO, A-385358, WEHI-539, or A-1155463 at the indicated concentrations. Final DMSO concentration in all wells was 0.5%. Cells were incubated at 37ºC for one hour before lysis. Samples were lysed and processed as described below.
