After a week of acclimatization, shRNA-A2bR 769-P and Caki-1 cells as well as shRNA-nonsense cells as NC group(5×106) were injected subcutaneously into the right flank of 6-week-old BABL/c nude mice (n = 5 for each group). Tumor volumes were calculated as width2×length/2. On day 40th, the mice were sacrificed and the tumor tissues were removed. The animal protocol used in this study was approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of Central South University.
