Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8; Beyotime Institute of Biotechnology) assay was performed to measure cell viability, according to the manufacturer's instructions. Briefly, 1,000 cells/well were seeded into 96-well plates, and cell viability was measured using CCK-8 at 0, 24, 48 and 72 h by measuring absorbance at 450 nm using a microplate reader. A total of four independent experiments were performed for each group.
