B16F10 melanoma cells derived from C57BL/6 J mouse were purchased from ATCC (Manassas, VA, USA). Cells were incubated in DMEM supplemented with 10 % FBS, 100 U/mL penicillin, and 100 mg/mL streptomycin at 37 °C under 5 % CO2.
