The tumors removed from the mice were embedded with paraffin and fixed with formalin. Primary antibodies STK33 (#PAab08334, LSM Bio, Wuhan, China) and p-ERK2 (#LFMA0179, Pierce, Shanghai, China) were used for staining. Then, HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies (#EB 1, Detroit R&D, USA) were used, and the signal was visualized using 3,3'-Diaminobenzidine (DAB, #40470006-3, Bio-world, USA).
