SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis of all data. The χ2 test was used to analyze the relationship between the expression of HER2, PD-1, and PD-L1 and the clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer. The correlation between the two methods was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis, and P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.
