The survey was conducted in Kikwit city, province of Kwilu, located in the southwest part of the Democratic Republic of the Congo at 500 km west of the capital city Kinshasa (Figure 1). Kikwit's population was estimated to be 1,000,000 inhabitants in a total area of 92 km [19].
