Experimental groups were compared by two-tailed unpaired student’s t-test using the GraphPad Prism software (Treestar Inc.). A P value < 0.05 was considered significant. Sufficient sample size was estimated withouth the use of a power calculation. No samples were excluded from the analysis. No randomization was used for animal experiments. Data analysis was not blinded.
