All statistical tests and graphs were generated using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 24 and Prism 7 Mac OS X. ICSS data were normalized to percent maximum baseline responding to enable group comparisons. Intoxication levels, histological, and behavioral data were analyzed using student’s t test, two-way, and multifactorial analysis of variance (ANOVA) and linear regression where applicable. Data are presented as mean ± SEM and effects were considered statistically significant at p ≤ 0.05.
