Electrochemical impedance spectra were recorded under standard AM 1.5G simulated solar irradiation, obtained from Sun 2000 class A solar simulator (ABET Technologies, Milford, CT, USA). The frequency was measured on Autolab PGSTAT 302N (Metrohm) equipped with the FRA32 module, in the range from 0.1 Hz to 100 kHz, under VOC forward bias conditions, and with VAC = 10 mV.
