The statistical interpretation of data was performed using GraphPad Prism 5.0. The data were analyzed with Student's t-test or analysis of variance (ANOVA) for comparison between groups with statistical significance defined. Significance of differences between the studied groups was determined with least significant difference (LSD) test. A P-value ≤0.05 was considered statistically significant (15).
