Quantitative RT-PCR for the TOP10 Hub Genes

Robust up-regulation of TOP10 hub genes was confirmed by quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). RNeasy Plus Mini Kit (Qiagen) was sued for RNA isolation from RMS cells. And mRNA expression was determined by Roche LightCycler® 480 SYBR Green I Master. Each experiment was repeated at least three times. Forward and reverse primers used for quantitative RT-PCR are listed in Table S2. The primers were purchased from Shanghai General Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
