Cells (1 × 104 cells/well) were seeded into 96-well plates and cultured for 0, 24, 48 and 72 h, respectively. After 4 h of incubation with MTT, DMSO was added to dissolve the formazan crystals. The optical density (OD) at 490 nm was detected by a Microplate Reader.
