A549, H1299, and 293T cell lines were purchased from ATCC. Cells were maintained in Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM; Gibco, Detroit, MI, USA), supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (Gibco), 100 U/mL penicillin (Gibco), 100 U/mL streptomycin (Gibco), and 2 mM L-glutamine (Gibco), at 37°C in an atmosphere containing 5% CO2 and 21% O2.
