Sixty healthy 3-month-old male SPF SD rats, weighing 80–120 g, were purchased from the Experimental Animal Center of Sun Yat-sen University and housed at 20–28°C under constant humidity conditions with access to food and water ad libitum. The experiments were conducted 1 week later. All animal procedures were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of JiLin University, and the number of the Ethics Committee agreement is 2013-252.
