We downloaded the PCa mRNA profile and corresponding clinical data from the TCGA database (http://gdac.broadinstitute.org/) [29]. We investigated the associations of SIRT expression with clinicopathological parameters and outcomes. The correlations between SIRT expression and clinicopathological parameters were analyzed by the chi-square (χ2) or Fisher's exact test. Statistical analyses were conducted with the software GraphPad Prism 6 and SPSS 19.0.
