Cells were seeded in six-well plates at a density of 5 × 105 cells/well and incubated overnight until they reached 70% confluence. A pipette tip was used to generate a wound in the cell layer. Cells were then treated with LMK-235 (20 μM). Each experiment was performed in triplicate and repeated at least twice. Images were obtained at 0, 24 and 48 h at the same position and percentage of cell migration was evaluated using ImageJ (LOCI, University of Wisconsin).
