Detection of ERK protein expression using western blot analysis

At 24 h after stimulation by LPS, cells from the control, LPS, vehicle, mismatch RNA and PDE4B groups were collected and the expression levels of total ERK and p-ERK protein were assessed by western blotting as described above. The primary antibodies were p44/42 MAPK (ERK1/2) (1:1,000) and P-p44/42 MAPK (T202/Y204) (1:1,000).
