The quantification of the MAPK3 gene was measured using the Hs_MAPK3 _1_SG QuantiTect Primer Assay, cat no: 249900 assay ID: QT02589314 and the QuantiTect SYBR reen PCR Kit cat no: 204141 (Qiagen, Germany). The ACTB Primer sequence; assay ID: QT00095431 as used as housekeeper gene. All samples were analyzed using the 5 plex Rotor-Gene PCR Analyzer (Qiagen, Germany). ACTB as an endogenous reference control for normalization purposes. The 2−∆∆Ct method was conducted for the analysis and measurement of relative gene expression levels18.
