The concentration of IL-33, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6 and IL-13 in serum and the concentration of IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-13 and soluble (s)ST2 in cell culture supernatant were determined by ELISA using human ELISA kits, according to the manufacturer's instructions. The limits of detection for the IL-33, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-13 and sST2 ELISA kits were 2.17, 0.11, 0.76, 0.90 and 1.10 pg/ml, respectively.
