RKO and HCT116 cells, 1 × 106 cells were collected after transfection, and then cultured until about 90% cell confluence. The wounds were made by 200-μL pipette tip. At 0 h and 24 h of cell culture in serum-free medium, the wound closure was separately assessed under microscope. Each experimental procedure was repeated at least three times.
