BV2 cells were seeded in 24-well plate at a density of 1x105 cells/well, treated with 1 µmol/ml BBG and stimulated with LPS for 24 h. Following this treatment step, the culture supernatants were collected by centrifugation (1,000 x g for 5 min; 4˚C). The levels of inflammatory cytokines TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 were detected by ELISA according to the manufacturer's protocol.
