Six‐week‐old to eight‐week‐old female NOG mice were intravenously inoculated with 1 × 106 K562 cells resuspended in 200 μL PBS per mouse. On the following day, each mouse was intravenously injected with 4 × 106 purified iNKT cells (in the treatment group) or PBS (in the control group). Bodyweight was monitored twice a week. Mice were humanely euthanized if they lost more than 20% of their peak weight.
