2.5. Cell Counting Kit 8 (CCK8) Assay

Cell proliferation was monitored using a CCK8 kit, following the manufacturer's instructions. Briefly, cells with different concentrations of Huaier polysaccharide (0, 50, and 100μg/mL) were cultivated in five 96-well plates with six replicate wells, and gastric cancer cells (SGC-7901, BGC-823) were transfected with the Livin mimic combined with Huaier polysaccharide in rescue experiments.
