Briefly, cells were placed in 96-well plates under a density of 1 × 103 cells/well and cultured for indicated time points. Then, the solution of cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) was added into each well and the absorbance at 450 nm was measured using a microplate reader (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA).
