X-ray diffraction data were measured on a Pilatus 6M detector at beamline I24 (Diamond Light Source) using a 6×9 µm beam size of for crystals of A2A-StaR2-bRIL562 in complex with AZD4635. A complete dataset was acquired using data from three crystals and using an unattenuated beam and 0.2° oscillation per frame, with an exposure of 0.1 s per degree of oscillation. Data were integrated using XDS26 merged and scaled using AIMLESS27 from the CCP4 suite.28 Data collection statistics are reported in table 1.
